Smudging is a ritual for cleansing a space of negative and inactive energy.  Each smudge stick is made from Salvia apiana grown in our garden and is tied to produce a sufficient amount of smoke to accomplish smudging.  Please be sure to hold a dish or shell under the burning smudge stick to ensure that embers do not land on flamable surfaces.
