We will meet once a week for 90 minutes and together we will map out practical and simple changes that will last a lifetime. Also included in each meeting will be a 30-minute bioenergetic healing session and relaxation stretching. Our goal is to reduce your stress and inflammation while increasing your energy levels and peace of mind.

The Comeback

Have you suffered from an illness or a bottom physically and emotionally and are ready for your Comeback? This six-week program is designed for you. Christina will share with you how she came back from her own bottom. Each 90-minute session includes gentle stretching and strength training as well as Reiki energy healing.
